The head coaches gave their thoughts on the first round of joint practices before the second one.
"It was certainly a spirited practice, man," the Lions' Dan Campbell said.
"You're going against a good football team, you're competing, it was a fun day," the Giants' Brian Daboll said.
Understatements aside, the two leading men, who can be very stated at times, had so much fun that they rolled the ball out again on Tuesday at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center. Their respective teams won't meet again until Thursday night's preseason opener at MetLife Stadium.
