JAMISON-CROWDER-SIGN-PRIMEPOINT

The New York Giants today signed veteran wide receiver Jamison Crowder.

Crowder, 5-9 and 177 pounds, has played in exactly 100 regular-season games with 51 starts for the Bills (2022), Jets (2019-2021), and Commanders, who originally selected him in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. His career numbers include 415 receptions for 4,667 yards (11.2 yards per catch) and 28 touchdowns. He also threw a 43-yard touchdown to Braxton Berrios with the Jets in 2020.

Crowder is also a seasoned specialist. He has returned 95 punts for 777 yards, including an 85-yard touchdown.

Crowder played in just four games last year in his lone campaign with the Bills before suffering a season-ending ankle injury.

Before the NFL, Crowder put together a record-setting career at Duke, finishing just before Daniel Jones arrived in Durham. Crowder was an All-America selection as a return specialist in both 2013 and 2014, and All-ACC as a wide receiver in 2012, 2013, and 2014. He finished his career holding Duke records for most touchdown receptions of 50+ yards (10). He shared school standards for most pass receptions (283; with Conner Vernon) and most games with at least five receptions (34; with Vernon). He also set single-season records for pass receptions (108 in 2013), pass receptions per game (7.71 in 2013), and receiving yards (1,360 in 2013).

On the ACC's all-time charts, he finished his career ranking tied for first in pass receptions, second in 100-yard receiving games, third in receiving yards, fourth in all-purpose yards and tied for 14th in TD receptions. Crowder was one of two players in ACC history at the time to post three 1,000-yard receiving seasons (2012-2014).
