#Giants got a good one in new GM Joe Schoen. Well-respected around the league. Started at the bottom and worked his way up the right way. Saw him at South Alabama/Coastal Carolina game the day after Thanksgiving trying to find players. No doubt he’s prepared for this job.

The Bills failed to make the playoffs 17 straight years before Beane and Schoen arrived in Buffalo in 2017. Since then Bills have been in playoffs 4/5 years and are still alive in this year's field.
