NFL.com's most underappreciated players

Organized Team Activities (OTAs) are officially underway, which means we are one step closer to the start of the 2025 season.

NFL.com's Gennaro Filice recently took a look at every roster across the NFC and tabbed one player as each team's most underappreciated player.

As it states in the introduction, the article spotlights "one player on each roster who warrants wider appreciation from the football-watching masses."

For the Giants, Filice went with veteran offensive tackle Jermaine Eluemunor.

"A versatile offensive lineman who began his NFL career at guard, Eluemunor started last season as New York's right tackle, but injuries eventually forced him over to the blind side," wrote Filice. "Starting the final four games of the season at LT, the London native allowed just one sack and two pressures, according to PFF. With Andrew Thomas returning to health, Eluemunor will be back at RT for a contract season in 2025."

Eluemunor began his first season as a Giant with six consecutive games without allowing a sack.

After lining up at right tackle through the first nine games of the season, the veteran switched over to the left side beginning in Week 10. He missed two games in the second half of the season, but wound up starting six games at left tackle in place of the injured Thomas.

Eluemunor finished the season having allowed just four sacks and 16 hurries across 15 games, according to Pro Football Focus.
