In 2013, he tied for 10th on SU single-season tackles for loss record list (14.5), ranked fifth in the ACC with 10 sacks, and tied for 12th in the ACC with 14.5 tackles for loss.

- Broke out in 2013, starting 13 times and recording 42 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks with three forced fumbles. Led the team in tackles for loss and sacks. Team captain. Against West Virginia in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl in 2012, he blocked a 36-yard field goal attempt.
