THE GAME:
- Philadelphia scored on its opening possession by way of a 42-yard field goal by K Jake Elliott.
- QB Jaxson Dart gave the Giants a 7-3 lead with a 20-yard rushing touchdown. The drive, which was the Giants' first possession of the game, lasted six plays, 54 yards and 2:00.
- Dating back to the Week 3 matchup vs. the Chargers, the Giants have scored a touchdown on their first possession in three straight games for the first time since 2009.
- Since at least 1991, Dart and QB Patrick Mahomes are the only quarterbacks to lead their team to a touchdown on their first possession in each of their first three career starts.
- Dart added to the Giants' lead after connecting with WR Wan'Dale Robinson on a 35-yard touchdown pass. The PAT was missed, giving the Giants a 13-3 lead.
- The Giants have scored a touchdown on their first and second possessions in back-to-back games for the first time since at least 2000.
- The Eagles responded with a touchdown of their own when QB Jalen Hurts found TE Dallas Goedert on a 3-yard touchdown pass, cutting into the Giants' lead, 13-10.
- Philadelphia regained the lead, 17-13, on a 1-yard rushing touchdown by Hurts midway through the second quarter.
- The Giants took the lead, 20-17, with 1:19 remaining in the first half. RB Cam Skattebo scored on a 4-yard run.
- Skattebo opened the scoring in the second half on a 1-yard run, giving the Giants a 27-17 lead with 7:56 remaining in the third quarter.
- Skattebo added another rushing touchdown from 1-yard out with 9:41 left in the game for a 34-17 Giants' lead.
- The win marked the Giants' first win on a Thursday since 2015 (32-21 win vs. Washington, 9/24/15).
