THE GAME:

• Philadelphia scored on its opening possession by way of a 42-yard field goal by K Jake Elliott.
• QB Jaxson Dart gave the Giants a 7-3 lead with a 20-yard rushing touchdown. The drive, which was the Giants' first possession of the game, lasted six plays, 54 yards and 2:00.
  • Dating back to the Week 3 matchup vs. the Chargers, the Giants have scored a touchdown on their first possession in three straight games for the first time since 2009.
  • Since at least 1991, Dart and QB Patrick Mahomes are the only quarterbacks to lead their team to a touchdown on their first possession in each of their first three career starts.
• Dart added to the Giants' lead after connecting with WR Wan'Dale Robinson on a 35-yard touchdown pass. The PAT was missed, giving the Giants a 13-3 lead.
  • The Giants have scored a touchdown on their first and second possessions in back-to-back games for the first time since at least 2000.
• The Eagles responded with a touchdown of their own when QB Jalen Hurts found TE Dallas Goedert on a 3-yard touchdown pass, cutting into the Giants' lead, 13-10.
• Philadelphia regained the lead, 17-13, on a 1-yard rushing touchdown by Hurts midway through the second quarter.
• The Giants took the lead, 20-17, with 1:19 remaining in the first half. RB Cam Skattebo scored on a 4-yard run.
• Skattebo opened the scoring in the second half on a 1-yard run, giving the Giants a 27-17 lead with 7:56 remaining in the third quarter.
• Skattebo added another rushing touchdown from 1-yard out with 9:41 left in the game for a 34-17 Giants' lead.
  • The win marked the Giants' first win on a Thursday since 2015 (32-21 win vs. Washington, 9/24/15).

NOTES TO KNOW:

• QB Jaxson Dart finished 17-of-25 (68.0%) passing for 195 yards, 1 touchdown and a passer rating of 104.6. On the ground, he rushed 13 times for 58 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown.
  • Dart is the third quarterback in the Super Bowl era to rush for 50+ yards in each of his first three career starts, joining Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts.
• RB Cam Skattebo rushed 19 times for 98 yards and 3 touchdowns and added 2 receptions for 12 yards.
  • Skattebo became the second rookie running back in franchise history to rush for 3 touchdowns in a game, joining Charlie Evans (3 touchdowns vs. San Diego, 11/7/71).
  • The last rookie running back to rush for 3+ touchdowns in a single game was Antonio Gibson in 2020 (Washington at Dallas, 11/26/20).
• The Giants rushed 39 times for 172 yards and 4 touchdowns. The last time a Giants team rushed for 170+ yards and 4+ touchdowns was vs. Washington on 12/5/10.
• WR Wan'Dale Robinson finished with 6 catches for 84 yards and 1 touchdown.
  • His 35-yard touchdown was his second touchdown reception of 30+ yards this season, making him one of three receivers with multiple touchdown receptions of 30+ yards in 2025 (also Tampa Bay WR Emeka Egbuka and Chargers WR Quentin Johnston).
• WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey made his Giants debut and caught 4 passes for 55 yards.
• OLB Brian Burns recorded 7 tackles, 2.0 sacks, 2 tackles for loss and 2 quarterback hits.
  • Burns has totaled 7.0 sacks through six games this season, making him the fourth Giant to produce at least 7.0 sacks through that many games. He joins Dexter Lawrence II (7.0 in 2024), Jason Pierre-Paul (7.5 in 2011), Osi Umenyiora (8.0 in 2010 and 7.0 in 2007) and Michael Strahan (10.5 in 2001).
• CB Cor'Dale Flott registered 3 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 interception and 1 pass defensed. Flott's interception was the 3rd of his career and his 68-yard return was the longest he's recorded to date. It was also the longest return by a Giant since CB Adoree' Jackson recorded a 76-yard return at Philadelphia on 12/25/2023.
• ILB Darius Muasau totaled 1 tackle and 1.0 sack, the first of his career.
