Notes and stats for Week 12 matchup between Giants and Patriots

The New York Giants host the New England Patriots in MetLife Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 26. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. ET on FOX.

Sunday's game marks the 12th regular-season matchup between the teams and the first time the Giants will host the Patriots since a 27-26 loss on Nov. 15, 2015. The Patriots hold a three-game advantage in the regular-season series (7-4) and took the last meeting, 35-14, on Oct. 10, 2019. The regular-season series is separated by just 17
points (Patriots 224, Giants 207).

The Giants defeated the Patriots in their two postseason meetings, winning Super Bowl XLII (17-14) and Super Bowl XLVI (21-17).

The Giants are coming off a 31-19 win in Week 11 at Washington, where they completed their 35th series sweep against the Commanders. The Giants totaled six takeaways for
the first time since Sept. 25, 2014, when they also defeated Washington, 45-14.

Giants

*QB Tommy DeVito completed 18 of 26 atts. (69.2 pct.) for 246 yards & 3 TDs vs. 0 INTs for 137.7 rating in Week 11. Can become 1st undrafted rookie & 3rd undrafted player since 1967 with 2+ TD passes in each of his 1st 3 career starts. Can make 1st-career home start in Week 12.

*RB Saquon Barkley had 140 scrimmage yards (83 rush, season-high 57 rec.) & 2 rec. TDs in Week 11, his 2nd-career game with 2 TD catches. Has 110+ scrimmage yards in 4 of his past 5 & aims for his 3rd in row at home with 115+ scrimmage yards. Needs 118 scrimmage yards to reach 7,000 for his career.

*WR Darius Slayton had season-high 82 rec. yards & 1st rec. TD of season in Week 11, his 16th-career TD catch.

*OLB Kayvon Thibodeaux had 5 tackles, 2 sacks & PD last week. Is only NFC player with 3 games of 2+ sacks in 2023. Has career highs in sacks (10.5) & TFL (10) this season. Aims for his 4th in row at home with 1.5+ sacks.
