NOTES TO KNOW

Ended the 2024 season with the 2nd-longest active streak of passing attempts without an interception (183)…Has not thrown an interception since 11/12/23 at Dallas.
DeVito became the first Giants rookie quarterback to win three straight starts since Phil Simms won 4 in a row in 1979…He was just the 3rd undrafted rookie quarterback since the 1970 merger to win 3 starts in a season, joining Ed Rubbert, who won 3 strike-replacement games for Washington in 1987, and Pittsburgh's Devlin Hodges in 2019.
For three straight weeks in 2023 (Weeks 11-14, not including Week 13 which was the bye week), DeVito recorded a 100-plus passer rating, making him the first UDFA rookie since 1970 to have 3 consecutive games with a passer rating higher than 100…Became the first Giants quarterback since Eli Manning in 2014 to record 3 straight games with a 100-plus passer rating.

Spent five years at Syracuse – including a redshirt season in 2017 – before transferring to Illinois for his final season in 2022.

OFF-THE-FIELD ACTIVITY

Attended the Children of the City Charity Dinner with David Tyree to help provide additional support and resources to children across New York City… After the team practice in Germany prior to the Sunday game, met with the 120 students that participated in the NFL Flag clinic… Met with members from the Wounded Warriors Project during their visit to the Quest Diagnostics Training Center to watch practice and enjoy a day with the Giants.

PERSONAL

Grew up in Cedar Grove, N.J., 15 minutes from Giants headquarters.
Threw for 3,800 yards and 35 touchdowns at Don Bosco Prep… As a junior, led his team to a 9-3 record and the 2015 New Jersey Non-Public Group 4 state title... The Ironmen defeated St. Joseph of Montvale in the championship game played in MetLife Stadium.
