With the calendar flipped to July, Giants.com asks 22 important questions leading up to the start of the 2022 training camp at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center.
For 22 days, a member of the Giants.com crew will answer one question about the roster, coaching staff, schedule, and much more.
No. 16: Who will put up the most fantasy points?
John Schmeelk: This is a very interesting question. I guarantee the first Giants player that will be taken in fantasy drafts this season will be Saquon Barkley. If he is able to stay healthy, he will easily be the most productive fantasy player on the roster. Between his rushing yards and a projected big role in the passing game, he could be a top 10 or 15 fantasy performer.
The better question is who will be the Giants' best fantasy wide receiver? Since Sterling Shepard is coming off a serious injury, the obvious answer would be Kenny Golladay, who should be Daniel Jones' go-to player throughout the year.
I do think there are two sleeper players: Kadarius Toney and Wan'Dale Robinson. Toney has all the physical tools to be a weapon that can attack all levels of the defense. Robinson could be a weapon out of the slot that collects a high volume of receptions for fantasy players in PPR leagues.
