22 Questions in 22 Days: Team Offensive MVP?

With the calendar flipped to July, asks 22 important questions leading up to the start of the 2022 training camp at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center.

For 22 days, a member of the crew will answer one question about the roster, coaching staff, schedule, and much more.

No. 21: Who will be the Giants' Offensive MVP?

Dan Salomone: The list starts with two core players looking to get back on track and, by extension, do the same for the entire offense. Quarterback Daniel Jones and running back Saquon Barkley have yet to play a full season together due to injuries, but it's a new era at 1925 Giants Drive. Now healthy, Jones and Barkley are in the hands of coach Brian Daboll and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, who have a track record of creativity and being aggressive with their playmakers. As Jones and Barkley go, so does the offense. The rebuilt offensive line, which now includes two top-10 picks on the edge, will obviously have a major impact on their success. But the Giants need the former sixth and second overall picks in their respective drafts to bounce back in 2022.

Once again, the New York Giants are bringing back their classic blue uniforms from the '80s and '90s this Sunday as part of two Legacy Games presented by Quest.
