The Giants.com crew is presented with statements and must decide whether they are Fact or Fiction.
Jaxson Dart will have one more rushing touchdown to reach double digits for the season.
John Schmeelk: Fact – It's impossible to predict who will score touchdowns game to game, but there is something I do know for sure: The Dallas Cowboys give up a lot of touchdowns. No team has allowed more points than the Cowboys this season and they rank near the bottom of the league in most efficiency metrics. Since the Giants are likely to score a lot of touchdowns, the odds Dart will run one in are high. Then again, they might not have to use Dart's legs to score this week.
Dan Salomone: Fact – Dart made his NFL debut with 12:51 left in the first leg of the season series at Dallas. He handed the ball off to Cam Skattebo, who burst straight up the middle for 24 yards down to the goal line. The rookie quarterback is now going to bookend his record-setting rookie campaign with the Cowboys, and will do so with at least one rushing touchdown. He already has the franchise record for quarterbacks with nine so far. Last week, he also moved ahead of Buffalo's Josh Allen (eight in 2018) for third-most rushing touchdowns by a rookie quarterback in NFL history. Carolina's Cam Newton holds the record with 14 in 2011. Next is San Francisco's Billy Kilmer with 10 in 1961.
Matt Citak: Fact – Dart is coming off one of his better rushing performances of the season with his 48 yards, 5.3 average yards per carry and two scores on the ground against the Raiders. It snapped a three-game streak in which he did not get into the end zone with his legs, which coincided with his return from a concussion that cost him two games. On top of Dart looking like his normal self running with the football, the Cowboys lead the league with eight rushing touchdowns allowed to quarterbacks this season, two more than any other team. Dart will get his 10th rushing score of the season against Dallas on Sunday.

Brian Burns will have at least two sacks to tie Michael Strahan (18.5) for third-most in franchise history in a single season.
John Schmeelk: Fiction – The Cowboys' offensive line, while young and talented, is not an elite pass-blocking line. Terrence Steele is a better run blocker than pass blocker at right tackle, and the Cowboys have moved guard Tyler Smth out to left tackle with Tyler Guyton's injury. There should be advantages for both Burns and Abdul Carter outside. With that said, Dak Prescot is an elite processor and gets the ball out on time. He will not be fooled by the Giants' looks pre-snap, and his savviness should limit the number of sacks that the Giants get.
Dan Salomone: Fact – Burns had a sack among two tackles for loss in his first meeting with the Cowboys. The three-time Pro Bowler has been on a mission from the first day of spring practices, which feels like 18.5 years ago. There will be no letting up at the finish line for him. He will sprint to it.
Matt Citak: Fiction – Two sacks in a game is difficult for anyone to achieve. While Burns has done this five times this season, I'm not sure he will make it six on Sunday. I think we could see him put together a performance similar to last week, where he finished with 1.5 sacks and three quarterback hits. I do think he will register at the very least a half-sack, which would give him sole possession of fourth place on the franchise single-season sack leaderboard.

Abdul Carter will contribute to a sack for the fifth consecutive game.
John Schmeelk: Fact – I stand by everything I said in my prior answer, but that doesn't mean Carter shouldn't be able to score a sack on Sunday. When he wins, he does it so quickly using his quickness against centers and guards that quarterbacks don't often have the time to react to it. Prescott isn't the athlete he used to be, so he won't able to escape after Carter has a quick win against starting left guard T.J. Bass. He will finish the season strong with another sack.
Dan Salomone: Fiction – He has already set the franchise rookie record with at least a half-sack in four consecutive games. I went "fiction" the last two weeks out of respect for the sometimes elusive nature of sacks. Let's make it three in a row, which means I will be wrong and he will extend the streak.
Matt Citak: Fact – Carter has been on a tear since his first quarter benching against the Patriots, and I think he keeps it going to close out the season on Sunday. He already owns the Giants' rookie record for consecutive games with at least a half-sack, along with the rookie record for quarterback hits (22). Dak Prescott was sacked six times on Christmas Day and has been sacked a total of 14 times over his last four outings. Carter will get to Prescott for another sack on Sunday as the rookie finishes the season on a high note.
