The Giants made roster moves Saturday ahead of their Week 1 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Outside linebacker Quincy Roche and defensive back Tony Jefferson were activated from the practice squad.

Offensive lineman Max Garcia was also signed by the Arizona Cardinals off the Giants' practice squad.

Roche was claimed off waivers from the Pittsburgh Steelers before the start of the 2021 season. He played 14 games with three starts last season and recorded 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, five tackles for loss and five quarterback hits. Roche was signed to the team's practice squad after being waived when the roster was trimmed to 53 players at the end of training camp.

Jefferson was signed to the practice squad last week. The veteran defensive back started 35 games for the Baltimore Ravens from 2017-2019 and played in another four contests for Baltimore last season. Defensive coordinator Wink Martindale served as the Ravens' defensive coordinator from 2018-2021.

Garcia was signed to the practice squad last week after being released at the end of camp. The offensive lineman joined the Giants in free agency at the end of March.
