NOTES TO KNOW:

  • QB Jaxson Dart completed 20-of-36 passes for 246 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. He rushed 9 times for 63 yards (7.0 average).
  • Since being named the starter, Dart has thrown for 1,802 yards and rushed for 400 yards. Since 2000, Dart is the fourth player to throw for 1,800+ yards and rush for 400 or more yards in his first nine career starts, joining Jayden Daniels, Jalen Hurts and Robert Griffin III.
  • WR Wan'Dale Robinson finished with 5 catches for 54 yards and 1 touchdown. His touchdown reception today brought his season total to 4, a single-season career high.
  • With 5 receptions today, Robinson's career total is 254, making him the 18th player in franchise history to surpass 250 career receptions. Robinson reached 250+ receptions in 52 games, tied for the 2nd-fewest games with Hakeem Nicks (252 receptions in 52 games) and Victor Cruz (253 receptions in 52 games). Odell Beckham Jr. reached 250+ receptions (252) in 38 games.
  • RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed 15 times for 70 yards and 1 touchdown while adding 3 catches for 27 yards and another touchdown. He became the first Giant to record a rushing and receiving touchdown in the same game since RB Saquon Barkley at Arizona on 9/17/23 (1 rushing and 1 receiving).
  • LB Abdul Carter totaled 7 tackles, including 3 tackles for loss; 2 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery and 1.0 sack. His 3 tackles for loss are tied for the most by a Giants rookie since 1999, when tackles for loss became an official statistic. OLB Kayvon Thibodeaux was the last Giants rookie to accomplish this on 12/18/22 at Washington.
  • Carter also became the first Giants rookie since Jason Pierre-Paul in 2010 (11/28/10 vs. Jacksonville) to record 2 forced fumbles in a single game.
  • Before Carter's performance today, the last rookie to record 2+ forced fumbles and 3+ tackles for loss in the same game was Tennessee Titans' DT Jason Jones, who produced 3 forced fumbles and 3 tackles for loss vs. Pittsburgh on 12/21/2008.
  • The Giants had two players (Carter and S Dane Belton) record 1.0 sack and 2 forced fumbles today. Since 1998, only three other teammate duos have recorded 1.0+ sacks and 2+ forced fumbles in a game. It was most recently achieved by Kalimba White and Dewayne White of the Detroit Lions vs. the Oakland Raiders on 9/9/2007.
