For the first time since 2012, the Giants will take training camp on the road and head to The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
The switch is due to facility upgrades in East Rutherford, something that was in motion before John Harbaugh took over but has been embraced by the head coach as a bonding experience heading into his first season with the team.
"I look at it like a real opportunity," Harbaugh said last month at minicamp when the Giants broke for the summer. "It's going to be a chance to get locked in. It's a simple place to be, you know. You don't have to deal with coming back and forth from a hotel. Obviously we'll get away from the World Cup stuff and the construction here, which is a plus too for us. But that bonding opportunity: Guys aren't going home. They're going to be with each other into the evening, stuff like that, go to dinner together. I think it's a real plus for us. I'm excited about it."
In other words, it will be all football – all the time.
"If you love football, you love training camp," Harbaugh said. "I love every day waking up and starting football and doing football all day and going to sleep and waking up and doing football again. For a coach, it's the funnest thing ever. Players might not agree, but coaches do."
The Giants won't be the first or last NFL team to practice at The Greenbrier, which includes a full sports performance center. It has previously hosted training camps for the Saints, Texans, and Browns. Additionally, the 49ers and Cardinals have used the location during the regular season to break up back-to-back games on the other side of the country.
The Giants' 2026 edition will feature six practices free and open to the public:

Giants Training Camp, presented by Ford, is a family-friendly event and will include current player autographs for kids 12 and under after practice, a Jr. Giants Kids Zone presented by Ford, and Giants merchandise sales.
Admission to practice is free and tickets are not required to attend.
There is no public parking available at The Greenbrier. Parking with shuttle service to and from the Sports Performance Center will be provided from an off-site location. Season ticket members can redeem their complimentary parking passes beginning on July 6 at 2 p.m. ET by visiting Giants.com/TrainingCamp. Members of the general public can purchase parking passes on the training camp website beginning on July 8 at 2 p.m. ET.
On Saturday, August 1 the Giants will celebrate the NFL's Back Together Weekend, which will feature meet and greet opportunities with Giants Legends Carl Banks, Shaun O'Hara and Brandon London, and a special giveaway.
The Giants' social and digital media platforms are the go-to destinations for fans for behind-the-scenes content, in addition to daily highlights, interviews, and photos. On Saturday, August 8 at 12:00 p.m. ET, Giants Training Camp: All Access will premiere on WNBC 4-NY, the exclusive home for Giants preseason broadcasts and "The Coach Harbaugh Show" throughout the season.
The Giants open their preseason schedule at home on Saturday, August 15 at 1:00 p.m. ET against the Minnesota Vikings. The Giants will then go on the road to Miami to play the Dolphins on Saturday, August 22nd at 4:00 p.m. ET. They wrap up the preseason as the visitor in MetLife Stadium against the New York Jets, in a game presented by MetLife on Friday, August 28 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
