Inside the Numbers: Giants vs. Packers Matchup

WANDALE-ROBINSON-JAMESON

Notes and stats to get you ready for Sunday's game between the Giants (2-8) and Packers (5-3-1) at MetLife Stadium.

123.3: Jameis Winston has a 123.3 passer rating in three career games against the Packers (2017, 2021, 2023), including two starts. He has thrown seven touchdowns to zero interceptions in those games.

7.62: Winston averages 7.62 yards per pass attempt, sixth among all active quarterbacks in the NFL (minimum 1,500 attempts). Russell Wilson is fifth at 7.67 yards.

19: The Packers have allowed 19 plays of 20+ yards and 84 plays of 10+ yards this season, both the fewest in the NFL.

10: Including Mike Kafka, there are now 10 head coaches in the league who are former NFL players and have appeared in at least one game. The others are Aaron Glenn (NYJ), Mike Vrabel (NE), Todd Bowles (TB), DeMeco Ryans (HOU), Dan Campbell (DET), Jim Harbaugh (LAC), Kellen Moore (NO), Kevin O'Connell (MIN), and Sean Payton (DEN).

14: The Packers have scored fewer than 14 points in each of their last two games, the first time they have done so within a season since 2017. Green Bay has not scored fewer than 14 points in three straight games since 1999.

0: Packers quarterback Jordan Love is averaging career highs in completion percentage (68.9) and passer rating (103.0). However, he has not thrown a touchdown in back-to-back games. The last Packers quarterback to go three straight starts without a touchdown pass was Brett Favre in 2005.

7: The Giants have won their last two games against the Packers (2022, 2023) by a combined seven points. Only 17 points decide the all-time, regular-season series, which dates back to 1928. The Packers lead 29-25-2 by a combined score of 1,021-1,004.

11.0: Brian Burns did not have a sack last week for just the second time this season. He is still tied with Cleveland's Myles Garrett for the NFL lead with 11.0 sacks.

146: Wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson has 146 catches since the start of last season, seventh-most in the NFL in that span. The six players ahead of him are Ja'Marr Chase (203), Amon-Ra St. Brown (179), Trey McBride (172), Jaxon Smith-Njigba (163), Justin Jefferson (154), and Drake London (153).

.721: The Packers are 31-12 (.721) in Week 11 or later under coach Matt LaFleur (since 2019), the best in the NFC.

11: Josh Jacobs has the second-most rush touchdowns (11) in the NFL, trailing only Jonathan Taylor (15). Jacobs is the first player in Packers history with a rushing touchdown in eight of the team's first nine games.

16: The Packers have lost three games allowing 16 points or fewer this season. Only the 2008 Browns (five games, finished 4-12) and the 2007 Dolphins (four, finished 1-15) have had more such losses in the last 20 seasons, according to NFL Research. Only the 1973 Rams (12.5) have allowed fewer points per game in losses in a season than the 2025 Packers (13.0) since the 1970 merger.

4.5: Micah Parsons has 4.5 sacks in eight games against the Giants. The Cowboys, his former team, were 8-0 in those games.

47.8: The Packers have the No. 1 offense in third down conversions (47.8 percent). Defensively, the Giants are No. 14 at 37.8 percent.

6: The Packers have allowed a league-low six points on opponents' first offensive possession. The Giants have scored 31 such points, tied for sixth in the league.

103: The Packers have scored a league-high 103 points in the fourth quarter. The Giants have allowed a league-high 115 points in the fourth quarter.

15: Safety Dane Belton is tied for second in the NFL with 15 special teams tackles. Denver's Devon Key leads by one.
