OLB Victor Dimukeje (shoulder) is doubtful. OT Jermaine Eluemunor (pec) and S Jevón Holland (knee) are questionable.

Thursday, Nov. 6
5:16 p.m. -- CB Cor'Dale Flott has successfully cleared the concussion protocol.
12:45 p.m. -- Brian Daboll said they will get K Younghoe Koo ready to go and "if he has to be the guy, he'll be the guy." K Graham Gano came in Monday with a sore neck and did not practice on Wednesday. He has not been able to do anything except get treatment.
Koo, who was signed to the practice squad on Sept. 23, has been a pro and had a good practice on Wednesday. The practice report will mostly stay the same on Thursday. LT Andrew Thomas will get a veteran rest day, but "he's fine." CB Cor'Dale Flott has advanced to the next stage of the concussion protocol and is awaiting final clearance.
After practice, Gano spoke further on his neck injury. "I started having some discomfort last week in my neck," he said. "I just thought it was normal, like you slept on it wrong. Then after I came in on Monday, lifted, I felt like it was pretty intense pain. Had some nerve stuff going on. Then went to the doctor and he said it was a herniated disc in my neck. It's pressing up against the spinal cord. But it was probably beginning to happen, and then just after lifting, you know, kind of let go. Nothing that I could really stop. It's the same type of stuff I've been doing lift-wise. Super frustrating. But I had an injection yesterday on my spine. Hopefully that will start helping out."

11:09 a.m. -- Tom Coughlin, who led the Giants to two Super Bowl titles as head coach, has moved one step closer to Canton. The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced nine Semifinalists in the Coach category for possible election as part of the Class of 2026. They are: Coughlin, Bill Belichick, Mike Holmgren, Chuck Knox, Buddy Parker, Dan Reeves, Marty Schottenheimer, George Seifert, and Mike Shanahan.
The Coach Blue-Ribbon Committee will now discuss the nine Semifinalists at length when it meets virtually Nov. 18. It will then select one Finalist to present to the full Selection Committee for its consideration when it casts ballots for a new class of enshrinees in early 2026.
Reduction votes also are occurring in the categories for Modern-Era Players, Seniors, and Contributors. The Modern-Era Player category has recently been reduced to 52, a list that includes two-time Super Bowl MVP QB Eli Manning. Two Giants legends – QB Charlie Conerly and LB Carl Banks – have made the final 34 in the Seniors category.
Eventually, 20 Finalists will be presented at the Selection Committee's annual meeting next year in advance of Super Bowl LX: 15 Modern-Era Players, three Seniors, one Coach and one Contributor. While there is no set number for any class, bylaws stipulate that between four and eight new members will be selected. The Class of 2026 will be announced at "NFL Honors" in San Francisco in February and enshrined in August in Canton.

Dart was recently named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month for October, becoming the fifth different Giant to win the award since 2002.

11:13 p.m. -- The final game of Week 9 is played. That means OLB Brian Burns enters Week 10 as the NFL leader in sacks. He now has 11.0 in nine games, putting him on pace for 20.8 sacks. The NFL single-season record is 22.5 sacks, shared by Michael Strahan (2001) and T.J. Watt (2021). Burns also has the most sacks by a Giants player through nine games since Strahan had 15.0 at this point in his 2001 campaign, when he was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
5:31 p.m. -- WR Ray-Ray McCloud III and LB Zaire Barnes reverted to the practice squad after being elevated for Sunday's game. The veteran McCloud started in his Giants debut and played 52 snaps on offense (91.2 percent), the second-most among receivers behind Wan'Dale Robinson (57 snaps, 100 percent). McCloud was targeted once for a five-yard gain in the fourth quarter. Barnes, meanwhile, played all 18 reps on special teams.

4:37 p.m. -- The Bears improved to 5-3 after a wild 47-42 victory at Cincinnati. It was the eighth game since 1983 with multiple go-ahead touchdowns in the final 60 seconds of the fourth quarter.
3:56 p.m. -- The Giants scored on the opening drive of Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers but struggled the rest of the way in a 34-24 loss at home. The Giants, who have lost three in a row, dropped to 2-7 on the season. They now enter a three-game stretch through the NFC North, traveling to Chicago this week and Detroit in Week 12. In between, they host the Green Bay Packers. The Giants won their most recent matchup with the Bears, a 20-12 home victory in 2022.
