In the win at Seattle on 10/6/24, recovered a 47-yard field goal attempt by Jason Myers that was blocked by Isaiah Simmons and returned it 60 yards for the clinching touchdown in the victory…It was the first time Ford-Wheaton touched the ball in his career…He scored the Giants' first touchdown on a field goal block since 9/18/16, when Janoris Jenkins recovered the ball after Jonathan Hankins blocked an attempt by New Orleans' Wil Lutz and returned it 65 yards for a touchdown.

Participated in drills with more than 700 girls from 29 high schools at the Section 1 Girl's Flag Football Jamboree Kickoff at Somers (N.Y.) High School to help kick off the 2024 season…Attended Darius Slayton's annual car show event with the Far Rockaway and Harlem Giants… After the team practice in Germany prior to the Sunday game, met with the 120 students that participated in the NFL Flag clinic… Met with members from the Wounded Warriors Project during their visit to the Quest Diagnostics Training Center to watch practice and enjoy a day with the Giants.

PERSONAL

Three-year letterman as a wide receiver and defensive back at Holly Springs (N.C.) High School…Named team offensive MVP and earned all-conference honors as a senior despite missing six games due to a shoulder injury…Selected to the 2017 Shrine Bowl for Team North Carolina.
Also lettered in track with personal bests in the 100 meters (11.34), 200 meters (24.00) and long jump (20 feet 0 inches).
Maternal grandfather (Garrett Ford Sr.) played running back at West Virginia (1964-67) and became the first player in school history to rush for 1,000 yards.
