Williams spent his final college season at Albany after playing 3 years at St. Francis (Pa.) College. In 2019, he played in 11 games (10 starts) for the Great Danes and tallied 45 tackles (33 solo), including 3 stops for loss, 1 forced fumble, 6 pass breakups and 1 interception, which he returned 63 yards for a touchdown vs. Bryant on Sept. 7.
